Well, it’s almost time for me to leave. A week from now I'll be waking up in... Japan! I’ve had so much time to prepare and I still can’t believe I’m actually going. It's been over a year since I first decided that I wanted to teach abroad and I just don't believe it's happening. I know I keep saying that but it's just so crazy to think that a couple of summers ago I was researching and reading up on all of my options and now I'm going to have a grown up job!
Thanks to everyone who helped me pull this together and/or for listening to me talk about how sure I was that I blew all of the interviews and was never going to get the job. I did it! I don't know when I'll actually be able to post something from Japan. I've been told that it will take around two months to get internet set up in my apartment so if you don't see any entries for the rest of February don't worry! I haven't forgotten!
Also, I'll try and post some pictures of home before I go (first, I actually have to take some pictures of home...) since I know I promised you guys some ages ago. But for now I guess it's bye-bye
