There's a man who lives by the train tracks and he takes his goats on walks. Then the goats just kind of hang out for a while.
These goats are across the street. There are a lot of goats where I live...
These chickens hang out in the front yard sometimes. I hadn't seen them since one of them was squashed in the road but it looks like they're back for now.
And baby cows!
A barn.

The entrance to the Mission Inn. The Mission Inn is definitely the most famous thing in Riverside.

This is President Taft's chair inside the Mission Inn. He certainly was hefty...

I remember coming here when I was a kid during the Orange Blossom Festivals. Sadly, there are no more Orange Blossom Festivals in Riverside but I'm sure there are tons of cherry blossom festivals in Japan!

LOVE the pictures, esp the one with the chickens haha. Not sure why but that made me laugh!
ReplyDeleteAH I'm so excited for you!
Thank you for the photos of Riverside. They are just as wonderful as I imagined.
ReplyDeleteHey Hump,
ReplyDeleteThanks for refreshing my memory of Riverside with these pictures. Now I know why I nicknamed the "951" Podunk, California!
